Mountain Mitsubishi in Tacoma, was opened by Steve Hiatt in June 2004. Mountain Mitsubishi is committed to customer service and has been a Mitsubishi Diamond Chapter of Excellence recipient for both 2004 and 2005. We were the only dealer to receive this award in Pierce County for both years. This award isn't just sales driven, it means Mountain Mitsubishi exceeds standards for Customers Service and Sales Satisfaction Service. This is an honor that goes to the top 5% of Mitsubishi dealers nationally.
In sales, Moutain is the number one volume dealership in the entire Pacific Northwest, placing 54th Nationally for 2005 out of over 550 dealers. Mountain Mitsubishi is currently in the top 25 nationally for 2006.

Steve Hiatt – Owner
Steve has been in the car business for over 20 years locally; starting as a young teenager washing cars. He has worked in sales, administration, finance, management and as a general manager. He purchased Mountain Mitsubishi in 2004 and has increased sales 400% in the first two years. Steve is on the Mitsubishi Regional Advisory Board for 11 western states. As a dealer, he takes pride in being able to surround himself with the talented, sincere people to best serve his customers. Steve is involved in the community by giving back to charitable organizations and schools. Young people and children are the bee in his bonnet.
David Hill – General Sales Manager
David has over a dozen years of experience in the automobile industry, in both sales and management. David has worked with Steve over 7 years, and brings a fun and humorous approach to the dealership. Always quick with a joke, David takes making Mountain on of the top Mitsubishi dealerships in the nation.
Daren Flood - Sales Manager
Daren served in the United States Navy before entering the automobile industry. Daren has spent the last 13 years working in the industry and is widely regarded as an expert in his field. Daren is the day to day leader of the sales staff and meets customers personally to find out their needs.

Don Bauer - Business Development / Internet
Don bring 10 years of automotive experience to Mountain Mitsubishi. Having been a military brat and also serving in the military, he understands the needs of our military families. He takes pride with the relationships we develop with our customers.
